ARTICLE 1: PREAMBLE

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the site: On how their personal data is collected. Personal data is considered to be any information that allows a user to be identified.

ARTICLE 3: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED IN THE CONTEXT OF NAVIGATION ON THE SITE 

• Article 3.1: Data collected Concerning names, first names, geophysical locations, we do not collect this personal data, only visible IP addresses are likely to be collected when browsing our website. Depending on the user's use and in the processes of interactions between him/her, the email addresses that would come from a voluntary message sent by him/her may also be stored for the duration of the exchange. 
• Article 3.2: Data collection method When you use our site, the following data is automatically collected: data for navigation, IP identifications for the purpose of processing connection statistics They are only updated as soon as the browser used to navigate the site is disconnected, if the connection is not private.

• Article 3.4: Transmission of data to third parties Data is never transmitted to third parties 
• Article 3.5: “Cookie” policy Cookies are only used in the context of navigation data for statistical purposes to count general connections and by heading

ARTICLE 4: DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROTECTION OFFICER 

• Article 4.1: The data controller As we do not collect any personal data, we do not have a manager in this area. The person responsible for publishing the site is the president. 
• Article 4.2: The data protection officer The data protection officer of the company or the manager remains the President. If you believe, after contacting us, that your “Data Protection and Freedoms” rights have not been respected, you can send information to the CNIL. 

ARTICLE 5: USER RIGHTS REGARDING DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
